Every Abyssaé creation is covered by a 3-month guarantee.

 

This guarantee includes:

 

• Manufacturing defects

• Premature breakage of structural components

 

It does not include:

 

• Damage caused by improper use (water exposure, falls, chemical products, excessive force)

• Normal wear over time

 

But even outside the guarantee period, I will always try to help with repairs.

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry — especially pieces with natural crystals:

 

• Avoid showering, swimming, or sleeping with your jewelry.

• Keep it away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh products.

• Store your piece in a soft pouch or box.

• Handle crystal beads gently, as natural stones can be delicate.
